New Plot on the Block

The plot on the end has finally been put to use. I'm excited for the berries.

I Love Beets!

This is a chioggia beet. As you can see, it has really neat striping. No need to cook it. I recommend slicing it thin and putting it in salads. It adds some fun color and is bound to impress.

Another Garden Update

Things are growing well. I don't know what I'm most excited for. A raw fennel salad? More beets than I'll know what to do with? Or homemade bruschetta from heirloom tomatoes and basil?
